Two Generations of
Ozark Heritage
From our family to yours, we've been raising premium American Wagyu cattle with love, integrity and respect for all living things and the land that sustains us.
Our Family Values
The Smith family has been rooted in the Ozark Mountains for generations. Our commitment to faith, family and the land guides everything we do. We believe in raising our cattle with the same care and attention we give our own children.

A Hand-Raised Approach
Every aspect of our operation is designed to ensure the highest quality beef while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and environmental stewardship.
Grass-Fed with Grain Access
Our cattle graze freely on native Ozark grasses with access to premium organic grain to supplement their natural grass diet throughout their lives.
Regenerative Practices
From water tanks crated with recycled materials to our organic feed, we use regenerative inputs throughout our operation. Every decision is made with sustainability and environmental stewardship in mind.
Pasture Rotation
We rotate our herds through different pastures to prevent overgrazing, maintain soil health and ensure our cattle always have access to fresh, nutrient-rich grass.
Individual Attention
Each animal receives individual care and attention. We know our cattle by name and monitor their health, temperament and development throughout their lives.
No Antibiotics or Hormones
We never use growth hormones or routine antibiotics. Our cattle are raised naturally, with medical intervention only when absolutely necessary for the animal's welfare.
Stress-Free Environment
We maintain a calm, low-stress environment for our cattle. Gentle handling, spacious pastures and natural herd dynamics ensure our animals live content, healthy lives.

The Ozark Difference
The Ozark Mountains give our cattle clean water, fresh air, and native grasses. Those daily conditions shape the flavor of our Wagyu long before it reaches the butcher.
Pure Ozark Water
Our cattle drink from pristine mountain springs and natural water sources that flow through the Ozark Mountains.
Clean Air Quality
The fresh mountain air and elevation provide an environment free from industrial pollutants.
Rich Pasture Land
Our cattle graze on nutrient-rich native grasses that have grown in these valleys for centuries.
“Giving people more than they expect.”
The Smith Family Motto
This motto guides the daily work on our ranch. It shows up in the care we give our cattle, the way we talk with customers and the standards we hold for every cut we sell.
